I've been going to Danny Minnie's on every visit to Donegal for the last eight or nine years. Back again in this picturesaue county, I recently realized that I had never done a review - perhaps I want to keep it to myself. The welcome...More

I dined this evening with family. The food was average, the steak was not nicely presented, just a plate of steak covered in gravy, and the catch of the day was overcooked. The vegetables were all together in the one dish. The service was quite...More

This restaurant is a real hidden gem. Has the feel of an old world style restaurant in the centre of the village. The menu is compact, great food, local product beautifully presented! The staff are very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Have eaten here a few times in the last 6 months and can recommend it. It is priced higher than most places (I think the standard 3 courses are €42) BUT it is worth that bit extra - the food is excellent. Service is outstanding...More

This was one of my favourite meals in the two weeks that I was in Ireland. The atmosphere and the hosts were fabulous. The cheesecake was the best that I've ever had!
