I arrived with my friend at 11 am we had a coffee and a chat in the beautiful patio area overlooking the water. We then had lunch from the buffet. What a spread roast turkey and ham, huge pork chops with sauté onion a divine looking leek and mushroom quiche with bacon. The presentation of this was magnificence. I had... More

We ate here last night and it was terrific. Pretty good selection on the menu. We stuck with the dinner menu. I had a carrot and beet based starter and it was delicious. It was risotto for main course and that was also really good. Pavlova for dessert and that was it. The place was buzzing. Families, couples and friends.......all... More

The seating is very well laid out here since the recent refurb. It makes a great dining experience. Not a very extensive menu but plenty on it. The set menu is very good value at €30. Staff very attentive. Highly recommended

Travelling back from West cork and looking for a good spot for grub? Try the Brook Inn. We had lunch there this afternoon. Having read the reviews on trip advisor we all went for the starter portion of pork belly with black pudding. It was served pretty as a picture and tasted devine. Side orders of skinny fries with parmasan,... More

What a surprise I got when I entered my old local, the Brook Inn recently. I had not been there for a few years and in the interim It has been transformed from a mainly lounge bar to mostly restaurant. The décor is plush and comfortable. Very comfy seats and nice sized tables, nicely laid out, and warm. Staff throughout... More
