Farmgate Restaurant is on the second floor of the English Market and overlooks the area that visitors walk through. It's a good place to grab a hearty breakfast and it has the added value of unique ambience that other restaurants don't have.
Very nice and a good place to take a break in your day or sightseeing walk. You can have just a drink or snack or complete lunch.

Ate a delicious lunch meal of Egg and chives sandwich, small mixed salad, and cheese board at this old train station converted English market in downtown Cork. It's at the upper level so watching from above the shoppers below is the way to go.
