I had seen recommendations for gluten free food and had contacted them beforehand and was very reassured by the gluten free knowledge and food available. Very friendly communications. We arrived on a very wet Sunday afternoon and were greeted by equally friendly staff. The gluten...free knowledge was outstanding. We gave our order, and it was cooked fresh which was great. We had a nice look around the Alpacas and saw the new young ones. We had gluten free fish and chips, and an amazing gluten free battered black pudding. totally wonderful. due to covid the restaurant wasn't open and it was all takeaways, and we happily ate our chips over looking the Callanish stones. in the wheelie bin there it was full of the same chip boxes, clearly a popular choice. Great gluten free food and no hesitation in recommending.More

Pre-booked for 18:00 and our meal was being finalised as we arrived. A really nice and slightly spicy vegan pasty with lots of chips (and mushy peas). Another great thing about this location is that it is a 2 minute drive from the standing stones...at Callanish which you can park directly next to and enjoy your supper with a stunning view!More

We discovered Mollans whilst cycling the Hebridean way. It was a welcome pit stop for a fresh, homemade, delicious and warm meal. Yummy cakes and friendly service to boot.

Most of the lovely food on offer is Gluten Free, most importantly the fish and chips and monkfish scampi and homemade mushy peas The owners take their ingredients very seriously, so everything is made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, some off the moors where...possible. We went for fish and chips and came away with a tub of homemade ice-cream as well. Its best to book a slot as everything ism made to order.More

First class, wonderful homemade food. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. I had macaroni cheese with chips and beans which was delicious and certainly filled a hole! Husband enjoyed his pie.

A welcome alternative to cooking over the weekend. The fish and chips are delicious as are the chicken strips. The batter is always so crispy which I love! Treat yourself to a cake while you’re there, as not only do these ladies provide hot meals...they also make the most delicious cakes and treats 🤗 well worth a visit if your in Callanish 🥰😍More
