Typical of the farmshop style restaurant, this is in an attractive country setting, quite a drive from the main road. It`s well finished, spacious and has a good deli. We tried the tea and scones - both very good.

How lovely to be at Gloagburn again - always a delightful experience and with no lessening of the highest quality in all sections of the Farmshop. Enjoyed an incredibly good Lunch - Lamb Burgers and Cheese Soufflé. Afternoon Teas then purchased to 'take away' (a fabulous selection of sandwiches and cakes) but of course these are normally enjoyed in the... More

Good food and not expensive. Well worth a visit if only for the farm shop. Not too far from the A85 Crief road . A friendly Labrador will greet you as you arrive. A nice place indeed.

Every time I visit my mum in Perth, our first choice for lunch is Gloagburn. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren enjoy going there too. Food is very good quality and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Gloagburn is very popular so there's often a queue but we've not had to wait for long. We enjoy browsing in the shop... More

Four of us were on our way to Aberdeen for a wedding. There are not many places to stop of on our journey from Penrith Cumbria. By chance we say a Brown sign, saying, farm shop and cafe. Down the B road we went expecting it to be closed 1.75 miles. The place was packed, it's in the middle of... More

Visited for a third time and yet again was blown away with the food and service, it will need to be somewhere really special to drag me away! Took my 94 year old mother and she absolutely loves going there as well. I really enjoy the farm shop for the gifts, food etc but especially the choice gins, cracking! Attached... More

This establishment serves good quality homemade local food. Lovely atmosphere, with lots of seating in different areas so it doesn't feel like a huge canteen. Cakes are gorgeous with lots of choice. The farm shop is fabulous, with lots of local produce and Scottish fare.

Was taken here for lunch by friends. The food was excellent. They have a great selection of drinks, starters, main meals and cakes! The shop stocks a wide range of products lots of meat, various eggs, cheeses etc. A lot of which, I understand comes from the farm. Really cool place.

A great place for lunch. However, try to pre book as very busy most days. Good choice of menu. Home made soup and baking. A little pricey but worth the visit. Shop has soe excellent produce on sale.
