We recently stayed at the Sunny Brae Hotel in Nairn for a couple of nights as part of my convalescence after a short stay in Hospital. We were met and greeted by John as we entered the Hotel and he quickly and very professionally booked us in and took us up to our Room. We had a great panoramic view... More

We ate in the restaurant and had excellent food and good wine served with a smile! The restaurant has had quite a few good reviews and deservedly so. All of the course are excellent, the wine cellar is stocked with good wine that shouldn't break the bank together with a large collection of malts.

This was the best (and first) Cullen Skink that I had in Scotland. Delicious main courses of venison and seafood. Beautiful view of the coastline as we relaxed in the sunroom with a glass of wine. A definite must when in Nairn.

It would be hard to have a bad breakfast with a view of Moray Firth, but the friendly folks at this hotel go the extra mile to make it even better. The breakfast room is bright and peaceful. The staff is eager to provide any information you need to make your stay more pleasant. The food is plentiful and you... More

This restaurant is an unexpected gem in Nairn. They welcomed us on short notice and created an outstanding dining experience. The venison was fabulous, the Guinea hen succulent, the Sea trout perfectly prepared. Go out of your way to dine here.

We were a family party of 10 dining at Sunny Brae restaurant to (belatedly) celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday! Including our teenage nephew and niece from Mexico!! And it was a wonderful experience for all. A very warm welcome from Ian, the owner. Pre drinks in a delightful lounge area overlooking Nairn links ... with sun setting over the Moray... More
