Went there for an evening meal. Service was excellent. We had cod which tasted so fresh. Cannot fault the food. Coffee was weak. X

If you want to sit overlooking the sea enjoy a world class seafood feast, this is your place. Desserts were awesome as well. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nice affordable wine list.

Third time here and still fantastic. Monkfish is unreal, so are mussels and scallops. All fresh and cooked to perfection.

Cold wet windy day but a warm welcome. The wood burner was most welcome. Started with oysters which were great. The herbs crusted haddock was cooked to perfection.

We were on holiday and decided to pre book this restaurant as it had such good reviews. We weren't disappointed! They had a valentine's menu which included a sharing seafood platter which was amazing, beautiful fish mains and a sublime dessert sharing platter, all in a beautiful location with friendly helpful staff - what more could you want?! A highlight... More

We last visited 10 years ago....and boy was that too long to wait for such great cuisine. We took a chance and pitched up with our little girl the night before Valentines Day - they couldn't have been more obliging and welcoming! We opted for the Valentines Special menu - FANTASTIC! Every mouthful was simply amazing, our taste buds were... More

We were spending a night in Fort William and wanted somewhere special for dinner. Crannog certainly did not disappoint. From our initial phone call to book, we were so well looked after. We had a lovely table by the window over looking the water. The service was outstanding, really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a starter of crab tart off... More

Our corner position made the experience very personal and private. Without doubt, the seafood was fresh, well presented and very reasonably priced. We found ourselves staying on for desert purely for the purposes... More

Just walking in the restaurant was a lovely experience; from the smiling front of house to the wonderful table by the window, taking in the stunning artwork was a treat. What a unique location! We were on a bus tour and Fort William on a rainy Sunday was not heaven sent! Crannog was! The service from knowledgeable young ladies was... More
