We went here because the place is near the Royal Theatre and offers pre-theatre dinners and left almost totally dissatisfied.

A nice little restaurant in theatre land. The food was good, but not exceptional. Service was excellent.

I popped in for a quick bite last night whilst staying at the HI Express next door. Although the menu had a great variety of dishes, I only had a pizza and a pint but it was very nice- the Italian draught lager is excellent,...More

Lovely meal in here, nice family friendly restaurant. Booked before we went in order to be sure we could get a table. Couldnt fault this place, it was really busy easter friday, but we didnt have to wait too long for food to arrive.

With just a short while in the city centre before the bus to the airport, called in here. Great service, great food and great price. Clearly the locals use this, as was full, a good indicator of a restaurant in my view. Highly recommend so...More

I would book as the venue can get very busy depending on what's on at the local theatres and cinema

Most of the time we just arrive without booking and manage to get a table with no problems. The odd time we have had a 5-10 minute wait if they are really busy but this is only on rare occasions.

Description
Di Maggio’s Theatreland is located on West Nile Street, opposite the Royal Concert Hall and moments walk from several of Glasgow’s main theatres and cinemas. Like the other Di Maggio’s in Glasgow and beyond, it is very family-friendly, but its chic contemporary styling, expanses of glass and bustling atmosphere lend it a more adult tone. Located opposite Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall and a matter of moments walk from many of Glasgow’s main theatres and cinemas, Di Maggio’s Theatreland is a magnet for both audience members and performers, looking for a quick pre-theatre bite to eat or post-show wind down. Our Italian Pizzas are a speciality, with an authentic wood-fired pizza oven giving great results every time, and the full Di Maggio’s menu is on offer alongside great value lunch and pre-theatre menus.
