Door staff in here are easily the worst in Glasgow... To cut a long story short, I was barred because I told a bouncer someone had stolen my pint! The guy admitted stealing my pint to the bouncer but the bouncer then threw me out!...More

Another great visit to iconic Glasgow bar, honest pub grub ,reasonably priced , great selection of drinks and first class service from typical Glasgow staff.TVs on but no sound so conversations, still, could be heard.

This is an old traditional Glasgow Bar. Main bar area is in shape of a huge horseshoe. mainly been there for drinks but enjoy traditional breakfasts and snack lunches.

I understand that it is pretty busy on a Friday but you could try the royal Scot bar which is just a minute's walk from the horseshoe bar and there is a bar called the crystal palace you could try as well. Hope this helps.
