Do not sit beside the windows in the winter the draft from the windows is significant. Decor is lovely, service is attentive and not intrusive. Food is average. I had the butter chicken...which was OK. My girlfriend had the prawn and monkfish which was better but still only OK. Mens toilets downstairs needed a clean and a storage door had... More

Agree with a lot of the reviews here. We were lucky to get in without a reservation and they seated us promptly. The room is amazing - certainly not like other Indians I have been to. We had seen that the menu was a bit broader - covering Northern & Southern cuisines. But the execution was a bit spotty with... More

We called by chance and enjoyed a lovely meal, very attentive service, delicious salmon and haddock dishes, as well as delicious choices for the vegetarian thali, reasonably priced for a west end restaurant, lovely dining room, thank you!

been here in the past a couple of times, Nice clean restaurant, attentive, efficient staff, good quality food, average prices for a city centre restaurant, it was very quiet in the restaurant on our visit, the place has two sections separated by a corridor, there was a birthday party in the other section and it was pretty loud, apart for... We were staying on Sauciehall Street and saw this and were lucky enough to get the last table. Lots of locals eat here and it is a brilliant restaurant with great food and quick service.

We visited this restaurant on the basis of good reviews, how wrong were we? Maybe a bad day, it was shocking. The started came and everything was dry, the chicken was hard and everything was salty. We thought the mains must be better but again the chicken was hard & dry and we couldn't taste the sauce as it was... More

Loved the wood-panelled walls, traditional ceilings and candle-lit atmosphere of the upstairs dinning room of this restaurant, but the stairs would be insurmountable for the less mobile - especially if gents want to use the toilets - which were a long way down in the basement. The staff were very attentive (too much so for my other-half!). Not your standard... More

An extremely limited menu. Great surroundings and worth the flights of stairs if you can manage them to see the wonderful dining room. If you like staff watching you eat then this is the place for you. The chicken was dry and bland like all frozen chicken. Its hard to mess up a curry, but they managed it well. Stick... More
