Starbucks like every other Starbucks in the world. The service was a bit rude despite the fact that the coffee shop was not even crowded.

Up through the west end for drive and stopped in to Charing Cross Starbucks..... can't put my finger on it but this place didn't feel right . Was a tad messy inside, toilets where passable. Probably my poorest experience in a Starbucks- and I love them..... usually!

visited starbucks at cineworld for first time. I got a decaff americano I am sorry to say this was the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted and I drink a lot of coffee. Also noticed that there was a few people bringing in Macdonalds, Subways ect, and not buying coffees

Usual weak coffee and expensive prices. Met my friend here for a coffee before we went shopping, they make their coffee too weak with too much milk, its like a conveyer belt, no atmosphere

I don't usually go in to Starbucks for the simple fact I don't like tea or coffee and they don't sell normal juice like Coca Cola or irn bru so there's literally nothing for me to drink. However In the winter I do like a wee hot chocolate and usually always go to costa for one. My mum was in... More

Just landed at Glasgow Airport, decided to get a coffee from Starbucks. Joined the queue. Waited forever to get acknowledged. Finally it's my turn, "sorry no caramel" OK Proceeded to wait for my drink with about 10 other people in front of me. 5 staff behind the counter, a manager sitting casually at a table with his lap top, not... In short, as much as I love coffee, I like to vary my options a bit, and up at Charing Cross there are plenty of options. For me it's currently between this Starbucks and Steak and Cherry. The staff in here are great and friendly and nothing is ever too much bother. They remember the regulars and their orders and... More

The staff here are always friendly and there is adequate seating so you're always able to get seat. Place is clean and tidy and well decorated. Perfectly situated to walk back to west end or further into town.

As it says above, this starbucks is probably my favourite starbucks in Glasgow. Given it's slightly out of the way location it tends to be quieter, and more importantly cleaner, than other starbucks in town. Very handy for a frappuchino treat whilst studying at the Mitchell Library.
