On a whim ...went out for lunch with husband and said I would like to try this place...wow...we were not disappointed. The ambience of the place and attention of the staff were first class..the flavours of the food were delicious and could not decide what to try....loved it and will definitely be back again and again ..

Had never heard of this place, but I was given vouchers for my birthday. Wow! Chilled atmosphere, attentive staff and perfectly cooked seafood. Will certainly be back.

We were (re-)visiting Glasgow and arranged to meet old friends here at their suggestion. It was a Tuesday evening. I'm a big fan of quality seafood/ shelfish and had heard good reports. Everything was at least as good as expected: and mostly better. I had the oysters and Seared Barra scallops. Decent sized portions, everything cooked beautifully, very attentive waiting... More

Small space, but perfect night for fish lovers, not cheap but food was excellent quality as was the wine list. Loved everything but was a little dissapointed with the cheese plate, not a very inspired choice. Staff and surroundings lovely. Good place for a special occasion meal.

We were visiting the Scotland Street Museum and needed a light lunch so crossed the road and wow! Such a surprise! The Scottish/ French cheese and oatcake dessert provided a wonderful light lunch. The waiter was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. We wishes we could stay for more to eat!

Not sure that words really can describe the experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tuna was an amazing starter, Cullen skink was fantastic and prawn cocktail was superb. Fish stew was again superb, scallops were great and words can not describe the beer battered haddock. The monkfish scampi was great but pea purée could have done with a little... More

One of Glasgows best kept secrets, Fantastic food fresh and inspiring tucked away in an unassuming part of the city Well worth taking the time to seek it out Pleasant surrounding (if a little noisy due to all the hard surfaces) Caring knowledgeable staff, terrific fresh fish and vegetables All credit to the chef and his brigade
