They are missing my favorite crispy caramel waffles that we can't get back in the states! Also, not a fan of the basement bathroom that requires a code ... suggest making a note of that on the door so that people don't have to go back & forth. Staff is efficient and there was always seating available.

Too cramped. The food ordering area is too narrow and you feel harrassed into ordering quickly. The staff are rude, offhand and uninterested. Bring back the old team! I used to visit this place every week. The staff used to create a lovely atmosphere. Very sad Starbucks.

I had a coffee there while waiting for family to shop. In the hour I was there no one came to clean up the tables and floor. The place was a mess and this is not the first time I've seen it like that. It seems as thought it is always messy. I've never seen Costa Coffee that messy ever!

I regularly use Starbucks but this branch in Glasgow Fort is not like the others. The service is very slow even when it's not busy. I was there yesterday 18 October 2016, it was not very busy but there was not a clean table available, they were all covered in dirty used cups and rubbish, the place was very dirty... More

The coffee is generally good at Starbucks and That was the case here but there were tables that hadn't been cleared and the surface where the coffee cups and drinks were handed over to the customer was messy with dregs and milk and really needed to be wiped in between orders. Busy, bright atmosphere and long queue so obviously very... More

If you are looking for something you can get exactly like at home this is it! Good service, same coffee menu, (bathrooms are just as dirty as every other starbucks) but they have free wifi and lets be honest if you are out of the country that's probably why you stopped. We grabbed an iced tea, Scotland Mug for a... More

I don't see the fascination with Starbucks. The sausage roll was alright and I've had better lattes elsewhere. I've maybe ordered something that doesn't represent why everyone raves about it! Other than that the cafe itself was clean and tidy and staff were polite and got our order very quickly! We sat next to the window and people watched :D
