Go to this place. Buy a gyros. Get everything on it. Sit in with a coffee or have it to go. I love this place. Quality vibes and atmosphere. Great service and most importantly sensational food!

Both had Gyros. Definitely the best we have had in Glasgow. Many other diners were eating them which shows how good they must be. Staff attentive and friendly.

We travelled from Manchester to surprise our friends who were having a pre-xmas get together. We couldn't have had a better time, great friends, great food, wonderful atmosphere and great service.

We dined here on a busy Saturday night and the food was on top form. Everything we had was fresh, seasoned and just perfect. We had the whitebait starter with aubergine dip and a special starter of really scrumptious vegetable keftedes...they were so good! For mains we had the Gyros portion which was served at no expense to portion size... More

Having tried just about all the Greek Tavernas in Glasgow and beyond This place now takes the top rating for food and drink. The actual restaurant feels like a Greek tavern and the food is by far the best we have had in Glasgow. The cost of the food and drinks are also much more reasonable that that charged by... More

The gyros were quite nice I thought. I had never had one before and one of my friends who is greek said we should have some and I enjoyed it. However for what I was getting I feel that these at £4.00 are overpriced and there was some confusion as my friend had been there a few weeks before and... More

Hi Ross, I have already replied to your Facebook review that you left previously where you mentioned the gyro being overpriced. I'm awfully sorry but i have to say, your opening title "Decent gyros but overpriced" is absolutely baffling me. Our sit in gyros are £5.00 and our take away gyros, which you purchased, is £4.00. For £4.00 you get... More

I've probably had about every variation of the Pitta Gyro there is and not once has it let me down, keeps me filled till dinner time (sometimes i don't even need a dinner!). Perfect spot for a quick lunch either sitting in or taking away and also a great place to eat with friends. The family atmosphere at Yiamas is... More

We were easily able to get a (wobbly) table on a busy afternoon. The lunch menu was good value at £7.95 for two courses. We shared tzatziki and hummus with warm pitta bread - I would have liked more pitta to pick up the hefty portion of dip! We also shared an extra portion of delicious spanakopitakia. I had pastitsio... More
