Went here on a Friday night to get a much awaited takeaway. I wanted to go here because I had been for a sit in meal and was impressed with the food and service. Well I was sorely disappointed. Over priced poor quality food. Total rip off £35 quid for two course for two people. Food was underwhelming and looked... More

A two course takeaway meal for two at £35 seemed pricey but as we'd eaten in the restaurant recently and had a good experience we thought why not...sadly the takeaway was poor value to say the least. The corncake starter was basically half a portion with a small tub of sweet chilli inside the corncake container, taking up space where... More

We ordered takeaway at 7.50pm. We were told that there would be an hour wait, and we weren't sure whether we could pay by card because the woman abruptly hung up on us. Someone called at 8.20pm to ask our delivery address. The restaurant called again at 9.10pm to ask if the driver had been in touch and said that... More

This is a very popular Thai restaurant among students (Thai and non-Thai). It is conveniently located in the middle of Finnieston where a lot of student flats are located, so it is frequented by them, as well as people who work nearby. It has recently been through renovation, so the interior looks a lot brighter than before. The dining area... More

The staff could not be nicer or more attentive. The food is absolutely wonderful. There is also a banquet option which is fantastic value for money and could fill even me and my husband so no shortage of food. Amazing. Will be back soon

This is an unassuming little place in the middle of now-uber-trendy Finniestion. While new eateries pop up on a daily basis, some good, some not so, this wee joint has been a Glasgow staple for decades. And it's the most authentic Thai food I've tasted in the city. The food is bursting with flavour and freshness and comes at a... More

We tried here for the first time at lunch time and I must say I was completely underwhelmed. The welcome and service was cold and robotic - we just felt like a number and not guests. No smiles or how is the food - the older waitress in particular would just slam the food down and walk away. Everything was... More

I wrote our first review of Thai Siam over two years ago. Since then, we have visited frequently both for lunch and dinner. The standards have remained consistently high, both in terms of presentation and taste. We have visited Thailand for over 25 years and have also visited many Thai restaurants outwith Thailand, both throughout the UK in numerous countries... More

Ordered the mixed starter- asked if we could have an alternative to the prawns as neither of us ate them and they gave us tempura veg AND corn fritters instead both of which were delicious as well as the rest of the starter bits- thank you! I had sweet and sour sizzling duck- also lovely, the duck was so soft... More
