I read the reviews and as this was a few minutes walk, gave it a try. On arrival there were 3 other people dining, very quiet although was a Thurs night at 7pm. It's located under the railway arches in a poorly lit, quiet area of the city. Disappointing start with poppadoms that appeared to have been re fried and... More

Myself and tge Mrs visited here and had yet another great meal I had the onion badgie she had the muscles for starters both where amazing. Our main curry dishes where packed with real flavour and piping hot. Service was amazing treated like royalty and the decor is fresh and bright just can't find fault with this place. 10/10 5/5

Night out with lads from work the food is first class all three courses the service you get from the welcome smile at the door and all round friendly service. unlike other city restaurants you are not rushed or tied to a 2 hour table. This really is the best Indian restaurant in town.

''Twas the end of the festive period and was due back to work on 3rd Jan so thought a spur of the moment family night out was due. Having not booked we took a chance and headed into the city and found a parking spot just yards from the front door. Table for 4 was not a problem as the... More

Late night, not too many in but a large group of noisy lads although they kept themselves to themselves. We got table for two at the far end away from everyone else. The food really was lovely and we both felt it was a really too notch Indian meal. Food is made in an open plan kitchen.

On holiday in Glasgow from Rotherham for the new year, booked spice gardens a week in advance and on the night we got a taxi from the hotel to find they was shut and never let us know which left us out in the cold with a child walking miles to find somewhere else to eat. Would not recommend spice... More

This is a longstanding Glasgow institution. I had dinner here after several years of not being in Glasgow. Food is still as good as ever. Delicious. Good range for vegetarians. Highly recommended. Service is good. It always seems strange that there are so few diners in the restaurant. Perhaps it is the location. I will certainly come back again.
