Unique choice of quality Indian food and quality Middle-Eastern dishes. Consistently great tasting food with strong fresh herbs. Pre-theatre deal is superb value (last order 6.30pm). Brought many visiting friends along and they're always impressed.

Had dinner here about 2 months ago which was excellent. Came back with wife and daughter. We had the papadum starter and daal, butter chicken and rogan josh for mains. All very tasty. Service very attentive and friendly. Definitely to be recommended.

In Glasgow on business my colleagues and I visited for a curry. 2 of my colleagues were late due to a delayed flight. Due to this the staff were clock watching because they were closing at 10. Unsurprisingly the restaurant was quite quiet. The food...More

My experience with Koolba has been totally disappointing.I reviewed their terribly cooked lamb biriyani with curry sauce and Saag paneer that I unfortunately ordered when I went there in March and the price tag they put on those food is unjust. They are just ripping...More

Had an excellent business lunch here. We were on the pre-theatre menu due to the numbers and that it was a late lunch. Excellent value for money. Staff were attentive and friendly.

KoolBa is a warm, modern, and inviting authentic Indian restaurant in Glasgow, located in the heart of the Merchant City. We have worked hard and KoolBa has now become synonymous with quality Indian and Persian cuisine. We have achieved this with our commitment to using the best local produce, fresh herbs, carefully selected whole spices, but above all offering genuine appreciation and care to all of our customers. We are committed to providing freshly made to order dishes to Glasgow's diners. Some customers enjoy switching between our Indian and Persian dishes with each course, and in particular, many of our regular diners recommend our homemade chicken pakora as a firm favourite, along with freshly made peshwari naan. Open for Merchant City Festival from 20/07 Monday Noon till the end of July!
