Not sure about best cafe but it does do the best foccacia and the best coffee. Not tried anything else because those are so good!!!

Hi. There are a couple of tables outside for better weather but definitely no room inside for prams! Ok if you fold it up,I'd think. You'll be sure of a warm welcome!
