Our last day of our trip in Europe, we decide to come here to celebrate the birthday of my mom. The restaurant delivered. Service and food were both great. They also offered a desert plate, a very nice touch.

This is my first visit to Glasgow and I really enjoyed this restaurant with a mixture of what I guess are Scottish classic meals with a bit of a twist. The poached salmon entree was not at all what I was expecting, but it was...More

A lovely setting for a fabulous meal. Try the Cullen Skink for your first course. A leek and potato, smoked fish chowder that was delicious. Herb-crusted haddock was amazing. The "tatties" were some of the best I've ever eaten. All that was followed by a...More

Not in the finest neighborhood, but a very short taxi ride from central Glasgow, once inside the doors we felt comfortable in the wooden clubby atmosphere. At this award winning restaurant we both had cullen skink (smoked haddock chowder), and shared flash fried west coast...More

Everything about Two Fat Ladies at the Buttery was excellent. The ambience is wonderful, quiet and easily elegant...unlike some top restaurants, which have great food, yet are loud and bustling. And the food here is really great, from and starters, through the mains, to the...More
