One of the nicest Tapas meals we have ever had, great quality food and lovely reasonably priced wine wiht friendly staff & a nice ambience. Only slight snag is you need to orderr a lot of dishes as they aren't very big, but still worked out at approx £25 per head including 4 bottles of wine between the 6 of... More

Lovely little tapas place. Plenty of choice for vegetarians. Service was really friendly. The food was on the hot and spicy side, but I really liked it that way. Only taking one star off cos the manager/owner came in at the end and didn't have a tenth of the courtesy of his staff.

Off the cuff visit before theatre on a Thursday night. Just needed quick food and not pizza - hit it off with this one! Ordered prawns, mexican fajitas (yes!), Spanish omelette and some others. Didnt wait long and all flavours/oils/sauces really enticing. atmosphere / music was spot on for me and like the food was not heavy, not wimpy. Didn't... More

Stayed at ibis hotel nearby, this is a cracking pre-gig/going out meal opportunity. Staff are pretty good, got us seated immediately. Food is tasty and the right size for Tapas. Food is pretty tasty thought the sardines were larger than anticipated, not a criticism, just didn't know. Wine is well priced. All in all great place to eat. Met people... More

Visited last night with a former work colleague. Lovely restaurant with its own character. The food had a wide selection of Meat, Fish and poultry dishes. Lovely glass of Sangria to wash the food down. Service was prompt and efficient and food was hot and tasty. I use to go regularly to this restaurant and it was a pleasure to... More

Went here are theatre with my sister. Had lovely tapas and the toasted bread with tomato and garlic was very tasty. A nice bottle of red wine complemented the food. Would recommend the mussels in a tomato and garlic sauce too. Well worth a visit.

Ate here with my daughter who is vegetarian. Chose all veggie tapas bar one which was my least favourite funnily enough. Really enjoyed our choices washed down with a drinkable bottle of white wine. Reasonably priced too. Will be back

As tapas lover I've tried other restaurants in Glasgow but wanted to try something new. Came across Torres online with great reviews. I went with my partner one evening and had a great meal. There was a wide variety of dishes on the menu and the waiters/waitresses were all very friendly. I can't wait to go back!

My wife and I were given a voucher for here and was not sure about how good it would be. Turned out it was very good. Great choice of quality plates, nice wine and friendly service. Reckon we will be back!

Although Torres arrived on the Glasgow dining scene in April 2008, its soul still carries the vibe of Spain with flamenco dancers, terracotta tiles and iron chandeliers all contributing to an authentic atmosphere. With the rich scents of chorizo sausages, grilled sardines and the time-honoured Spanish omelette in the air, coupled with the bright decor and traditional music, you will simply feel as though you are dining in Spain itself. There is a wide selection of paella and tapas dishes to choose from and over 40 different culinary delights to enjoy, such as salads, vegetables, chicken, seafood, meat and charcuterie. Favourite options include the chilli prawns, patatas bravas and piquant potatoes.
