I only ate the breakfast buffet at 'Collage' during a one night stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and as breakfasts go it was a feast. I opted for a cooked breakfast of beans on toast, back bacon, link sausage, mushrooms and a cooked to order fried egg and it was very good and certainly kept me hunger free until... More

Had a very pleasant meal here on the 1st of January. Used a tastecard offer (50% off food). I had scallops to start, and beef Wellington for a main. Beef Wellington was excellent -juicy and tasty. Sweet potatoes chips were very tasty as well. Would also like to mention Vermentino white wine. It was fresh and zesty.  Really enjoyed.  The staff was... More

I gave hubby a voucher for afternoon tea for his birthday. We used it between Christmas and New Year while wandering around town shopping. We were seated in the bar area and served by lovely staff. We got a glass of Prosecco then tea or coffee sandwiches, scones, chocolate pots, lemon meringue pie, chocolate cake and a macaron. Everything was... More

I have eaten in this restaurant several times in the past, none of which have Inspired me but last night was a little different. We were shown promptly to our table by courteous staff. The restaurant was busy and had a lovely vibe to it (we could still hear the piper in the main reception area though) I ate parsnip... More

While staying at the hotel we had breakfast every morning which was great. We decided to go to the restaurant rather than venture out in the cold. Kids ate free when with an adult dining. I had a steak and I must compliment the chef it was absolutely delicious as was the whole meal. The ids really enjoyed their pizza... More

Our dinner started badly, with 4 rolls for 6 people. We had to ask for more. A basket of sliced and torn bread was brought out--it looked horrible. My chef would have thrown me out of his kitchen for sending that out with a server! The manager showed up later with another basket of sliced bread that did not look... More

This restaurant has a fairly modern but decidedly middle-of-the-road take on fine dining. We ate here primarily because we were tired and staying in the hotel. You will probably get a good meal here, but it isn't worth going out of your way.

Top quality produce cooked to perfection & served with friendly professionalism. The scallops were succulent, the Stornoway beef Wellington was unbelievably delicious with the pastry crust being so thin and crisp. The finale was apple crumble with a modern twist. My husband was also very complimentary of the French onion soup, the very flavoursome steak, cooked exactly as he requested,... More

Description
Collage Restaurant has an intriguing design concept, set in the architecturally innovative Radisson Blu hotel in Glasgow city centre. The walls are lined with twenty-six paintings, each representing a letter from A to Z paintings by British Pop Art maestro, Sir Peter Blake. Collage restaurant is contemporary and chic, exemplifying mellow fine dining without formality. The menu is stylish and traditional with favourites such as crusted rack of lamb or pan-fried sea trout. For those keen to begin in a relaxed mood, optional valet parking solves the city centre congestion issue.
