We had a marvellous meal at Bilson Eleven celebrating my partner's 50th birthday. The tasting menu was faultless. The flavours, textures and combinations were amazing. Staff were welcoming and helpful and service was impeccable! A fantastic evening.

Food is fabulous - not everything on the menu was 'my thing' however I ate pretty much everything! Wine pairing is worth it. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable without any pretence. It is a wonderful little secret in the East End!

One of the best restaurants in Glasgow by a mile. Excellent, and I'm hard to please. Every dish was excellent.

Hi Sian. The matching wines are £50 per person and include a paired wine for each course selected by our head sommelier Mark. The reserve wine pairings are generally matching wines of a higher quality (better vintage... More
