I have been wanting to visit Buck’s Bar for so long and was anxious that it might not live up to my expectations. Oh how I needn’t have worried! Fantastic food, great chilled atmosphere and good service. Who knew chicken could taste this good?!?!

Have been to Bucks many times but feel that they are going downhill. The chicken was rubbery and coating not crispy. Sides seemed overpriced as the portions were smaller. £3 for watery coleslaw, £3 for 4 onion rings and £3 for a tiny portion of...More

Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and waffles. Staff were friendly but not in your face. Live music on when we were there which was pretty loud but added to the atmosphere.

So disappointed in Buck’s, so much promise, what a let down! Greasy and pretty tasteless chicken burger, was also pink in the middle, was told this was down to the spices...aye right! It was raw. Fries were also undercooked, bland and greasy. Onion rings tasted...More

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us some feedback. Our chicken is marinated for 24 hours and then cooked in the fryer with a timer to ensure it’s cooked right through. Our chefs then probe every single bit of chicken 2-3 times, and wouldn’t send...More
