Came here for my birthday celebrations this year with my friends (both veggie and non-veggie), and everyone ate well. A really good selection of food here. The atmosphere at this restaurant is classy and relaxed. I'd recommend this place for dates or business dinners especially....More

Not sure how to describe our experience. According to Google, it was one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Edinburgh, so we had our hopes high and booked the table a few hours ahead for early dinner. The interior is nice, the staff friendly, but...More

This restaurant is highly recommended. Enjoyed the Risotto with asparagus, excellent. Good wine menu, and a specific Gluten free menu as well. Bravo! Busy, get reservations. Service could have been friendlier, no second glass of wine was offered! Pay more attention to your guests!

My husband and I ate an ample and very tasty lunch here: two soups, two starters and a shared salad. The service was terribly slow, but when the food finally started to arrive we decided it had definitely been worth the wait. Everything was so...More

The waitress was very rude and nonchalant and had a terrible attitude. The pasta was super over cooked (they admitted later that it was pre cooked and not freshly served) but before giving me a new dish she told be that I was wrong and...More

I took my husband here for his birthday last year. We enjoyed a fantastic two course meal, delicious wine and the staff were incredibly pleasant. Would definitely recommend to vegetarians in the city :)

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its

this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly
visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the
