We have eaten at the Calistoga restaurant twice now and both times were impressed by the quality of the food and service. This is a fantastic, cosy restaurant hidden away just off Rose Street and is well worth a visit especially if you enjoy Californian...More

Early evening meal with the grown up family in Edinburgh last night. The food was excellent, great choice and the wine selection is superb. The service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go again.

Visited with two friends for a pre Christmas lunch and catch-up. The restaurant is hidden away in a lane off Rose St, so you wouldn't know it is there unless you are looking for it. I really liked the ambience - it felt very cosy...More

Nice ambience. Great wine - Silver Buckle chardonnay from Napa. Great well prepared food - teriyaki salmon and 3 ways pork. Tasty desserts too.

We had a private room for at 15 to celebrate a 30 year graduation reunion. The food was excellent, everyone was very impressed. The service was very attentive but unobtrusive. Time passed quickly and we left quite late, however, we were never made to feel...More

helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned

I think if your question was actually "I say, I say, I say what's wrong with a wooden skewer!" it would sum up the guests that wrote this and the subsequent review. They may not have enjoyed their skewer but they certainly... More
