We ate lunch in the upstairs dining room. The food was good. We decided to be adventurous and try the Haggis Bonbons which we actually liked! Our waiter, Joe, was helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Very cozy establishment. The venison stew is fabulous. They also have an extensive Scotch menu for tasting.

The Doric is close to the train station, offers Scottish live music on the weekend (when we went there was an adorable trio with guitars and violin) , amazing beer (but this is everywhere in Edinburgh) and very good Scottish food. Prices are also good...More

Princes Street and Gardens
Glaswegians tease Edinburghers that their High Street

Castle stands proud above the rest of the dramatic old
town skyline. Yet many of those on Princes Street look

Hi I'm afraid we do not have a meeting room per se, we have a separate wine bar but this is open to the bar and restaurant area.
