Service - top notch, really friendly and helpful Food - ok, tasty enough but really overpriced (double what I'd expect). Salad wasn't very fresh. Coffee - very nice. The room - very nice and continental.

Had breakfast there. The staff were unsmiling and unfriendly. The food was OK and the service was reasonably prompt but the attitude was a long way from friendly and welcoming.
