We were not going to go in but glad we did staff friendly and lunch was lovely. Plenty of space in between tables and some nice sofas to sit on also. I had homemade soup which was delicious and my husband had a cheese and ham toastie which came with a nice salad as standard.

For a local cafe you can't go wrong here. Spacious and lots of home cooking on offer. The service was very good and the staff were all pleasant. Tables and chairs looking a little tired, but I suspect this is well used in the summer with all the tourists Good cuppa...

We enjoyed a light lunch in warm surroundings. Staff served us quickly and the standard of food was good. The meal was well priced and portion sizes good. Would visit again and sample some of the cakes on offer.
