Awful. This place stinks of rancid frying fat and past it's sellby date fish. The drinjs prices are extortionate. £15.20 for two pints of beer and a bottle of Rekorderlig. More expensive than London and I feel like I've been mugged. AVOID.

Great pub on the high street-good menu and food is served hot and fresh. Fairly standard for a chain but the staff, atmosphere and good choice of beers, spirits and other drinks all add to this excellent place to eat. Very reasonable to eat cost wise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kids and dogs welcome, good kids menu and a... More

Have reviewed this before with a justified good review . Unfortunately not this time sorry County. Date of visit - 02.03.17 On walking through the main entrance we were overwhelmed with the smell of urine. Considering the toilets are no where near the main entrance we could'nt understand why this would be. We walked in a little further past the... More

We came in the two days we were in peebles and had lunch.lovely friendly and welcoming. The Irish man behind the bar could not be any more helpful. The first day we just had a giant sharer platter which the kids loved and we loved the 4 pints of carling that came with it.brillant for £15.99..will definitely be back great... More
