Well worth a visit. Fresh seafood expertly cooked and presented by this small family team. Reasonably priced and worth the walk just outside Oban centre. A no-brainier if you are moored at the sailing club moorings. Will continue to return whenever in Oban.

We visited the Seafood Temple on Wednesday 19th and chose the later sitting. I called earlier that day to make the reservation and the person on the phone was so friendly. This restaurant had been recommended to us and we were not disappointed! I had...More

Super location in an old building with a great view of the sea. The food was fantastic (go for the salmon terrine!) and the staff, especially the manager on duty (owner?) was really helpful. Perfect location for a romantic dinner with good wines. The manager...More

The restaurant is a small one with only 20 seats and has beautiful views over the water. The seafood is fresh every day and it is served both cooked simply and more elaborately by a wonderful cook who came to visit her guests after she...More

Had an excellent meal here at the end of May in this building that overlooks the waterfront and was once a public convenience. Don't let that put you off as the glass frontage means that the views and sunset were both great. As for the...More

We had our best meal of the week here - everything was excellent - very fresh and perfectly prepared. The restaurant is tiny, so make a reservation, but don't miss it!

Reservations are a must, as it seats max 25. All tables have sea view. Seafood only, delicious choices between oysters, mussels, lobsters, etc. Very friendly and fast service. A MUST IF YOU ARE IN OR NEAR OBAN.
