One thing this place might do is improve its initial contact with the public. When we rang to ask about making a reservation, the girl was very offhand and stated that bookings were not taken and it was first come, first served, which we didn't mind but her attitude was one of 'come if you feel inclined, we'll be full... It can take a bit to get a seat on a Saturday night, but it's a fun location for couples and families looking for good food. I've eaten fish dishes while there, and they do not over cook them as I've experienced in quite a few other Irish restaurants. I think they could be a little more adventurous with how... More

We visited the Exchange on Sunday 30th April and unusually I was very disappointed in the food. My husband had the surf and turf and I had the sirloin steak, we both ordered the Spanish potatoes as our sides. My husbands steak was cooked to perfection, rare-medium as he had ordered. Mine was totally overcooked. I did ask for it... More

Me and my friend eat in here early every Sunday before heading out , we love it , although it doesn't have a booking process it's just first come first served basis we love it . It's a chilled atmosphere and can always get drinks and nibbles while you wait on your table !!!

Seated quickly. The food was excellent. Nice ambience about the place. I know it can be busy and you might have to wait to get a table, but you can have a drink while you wait. We were in on a Tuesday night... Only had to wait 10 minutes. Prompt and family staff
