I had been meaning to go here for a while. I'm not sure I had the best option on the menu - I had a beef plate which included two different types of kebab (both lovely, especially the marinated ribeye), a cooked tomato and a mound of rice; I think next time I will go for a kebab and an... More

I am Persian myself. Tonight I just saw the sign of this Persian takeaway, ordered a mixed kebab and hands down it was the worst Persian food I have ever had in my life! First of all Persian kebabs are not supposed to be made with beef, they should be lamb. Second the quality and taste was extremely bad. To... More

Found this lovely Persian restaurant on the Lisburn road. Had Noon O Joujeh, costing £5. This was a double skewer chicken kebab with salad, flatbread and house, chilli and garlic sauce. Great portion size and tasted very good.

This small eatery on the Lisburn Road does a brisk trade in take aways but also has a limited number of tables for sit down diners. The decor is pleasingly exotic, with polished wood, statues, brass lanterns and Persian antiques. The real draw is the marinated grilled chicken with garlic sauce, salad and pita. Prices are pocket friendly and the... More

soltani and aubergine borani really good amazing portions big and cheap, staff friendly and left really full. The place is mainly a takeaway with a couple of tables but that didn't bother us. Meal cost under £45 for 5 people definitely recommend

A wee place where to have a nice persian meal for a fiver. Spiced chargrilled meat and freshly baked persian bread with sauces and a tea for a lovely end. Definitely an easy and quick oriental food meal. Positive experience.

Have been here a couple of times and the food has been exceptional. If eating in (also a take-away) you are given a free cup of Persian tea which is cinnamon flavoured and lovely whilst waiting for your food. I have had Chenjeh and Koubideh plate which consist of two delicious, mouthwatering shish kebabs (steak and ground beef) served with... More

My friend and I ate here and had a gorgeous meal-really tender ribeye skewers and flatbread, Persian potato salad and the most delicious aubergine borani, washed down with cinnamon tea. Massive portions too. I've read some of the negative reviews and I'd say don't waste your time ordering fries here - the authentic, freshly prepared dishes are where the chef... More

Having been a several times care is needed not to over order-as prices are so reasonable and portions generous. You can easily end up with too much rice and "flat bread" Their salady items are fantastic. As for their skewer chicken and meats -all freshly cooked on charcoal so can takes time. Order some Persian type salady items to share... More
