Fantastic spot, especially for a nice drink in the sun, summer BBQ set up was always a great addition, would have called in 2/3 times a week for one after my cycle until I was met by a very unwelcoming doorman (older small hairless gentleman) who was adamant for some particular reason that day we were not to get in,... I normally write positive reviews but this place is one of the few places in my life that has driven me to write a negative review. In short I'm voting with my feet and I won't be back. Went for my first ever visit to Cutters Wharf on Wed 10th May; checked their website and it looked promising. I am... More

Helpful staff Ordered the Chicken Wings for me - nice hot sauce! But for £10 I'd expect more than a couple of mouthfuls of chicken. You know the very end of the wing you can't be bothered to eat because there's no meat on it. That's what I received. There were some legs in there but the chickens died of... More

I spent a lovely evening here for my hen do recently. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. The gin battered monkfish fritters were lovely. The bar held tables for us downstairs after our meal which was great.

A friend flew in from Holland to spend the Bank Holiday in Belfast. The sun was shining & I thought it would be a good idea to go to Cutters for food & drinks given that it's an ideal location with a lovely beer garden overlooking the River. However, it was a complete disaster! After queueing for 30 mins at... More

Came here on Mayday Bank Holiday hoping to get a good bit of pub grub and sit in the sun. I knew it would be busy so I rang in advance to see if I could book a table. When booking I asked if we could have a table outside. I was told this would be fine. When I arrived... More

Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is AMAZING!!! Cooked to perfection, served on time and great value for money. We recommend the ribs and the posh fish and chips. Enjoy.

Came here as a three, for a bite to eat and a few drinks by the river. Service was really nice, everything was sparkling clean and the food was amazing- the 'fish finger sandwich' was a sub stuffed full of battered fish, to highlight one meal, but all of it was delicious! Lovely spot by the river, very relaxing, heat... More

In theory this should be a lovely experience. Situated right along the river with pleasant views of the rowers going up and down. We arrived just slightly after lunch and the place was completely deserted. We started with a couple of drinks served by a reasonably polite barman. We followed this up with food later, wings for my friend and fish... More

Cutters Wharf is renowned for those lazy, hazy days that we all love, when we can chill out by the river regardless of the weather.Ideal for a BBQ party or cocktail style event outside, Cutters is the place to be for any event! From al fresco dining areas outside with TV screens to never miss a match to the cosines of the casual downstairs bar with its riverside views where you can always enjoy the latest sporting event on one of many screens or listen to one of our live bands in the evening. Whilst upstairs you have informal dining at its best, in literally the comfiest restaurant in the city. With wide open windows to enhance your dining experience, there is nowhere quite like this in Belfast. Bring your friends & family to celebrate a special occasion or butter up your colleagues with a workplace party. Cutters really does have something for everyone!
