Fantastic breakfast, would highly recommend 😀 The cafe was clean, the food was amazing quality and very reasonably priced - probably the best breakfast I have had 😀

We went here on a Sunday at noon for breakfast. Its a no frills, self service cafe but wow what a feed you get, tasty, not greasy and massive portions. I would highly recommend! Great value for money. Mega Breakfast for under £7! Will be back.

Found this place on the Internet. We were staying at the Holiday Inn but their Breakfast looked like it ha been sat there for a week. 5 minutes up the road was the cafe. The Ulster Fry was just what we needed before a day walking around the causeway. Potato bread and soda bread were tasty. £5 for breakfast and... More

Our last day in Belfast and we wanted a great breakfast to see it out. Causeway Cafe is a very relaxed environment, very similar to a college refectory. We ordered our breakfasts (both got a Belfast Fry) and they were brought to our table with condiments. This was our second breakfast over the weekend in Belfast and it was good.... More

Very nice cafe, good teas and coffees. Meager bowls of cereal. However, why have cereal when you can have one of their wonderful Ulster Frys? Well cooked good quality tasty sausages, beans, bacon and breads; just thinking about it makes me want to go back and order another...

Dear John M Thankyou for taking the time to review our cafe. I am delighted you enjoyed your cooked breakfast and would love to see you back again. With regards to the meagre bowls of cereal, all our cereal is weighed out at sixty grams. Twenty grams more than a standard adult portion, to ensure great value for our customers. More

Came here for coffee a while ago.Despite the fact that I did enjoy my 2 beverages, I particularly came here to relax and surf on my laptop. I noted that the baristas weren't very friendly and didn't smile alot. They were the type of staff who appeared vain and were only interested in how they looked/ doing their make-up while... More

This cafe is attached to the Belfast International Youth Hostel. I had a very nice Belfast Fry. The potato bread was really tasty and it was nice everything was clearly freshly cooked. I thought the sausage was good, but the black pudding was much less flavorful than one I had the previous day elsewhere. All in all, quite a good... More

Located on the ground floor of the Belfast Youth Hostel, this cafe has lots of choices! My husband eats vegan and this was the easiest place on our 14 day trip to eat vegan. I loved the soda bread. And, very affordable.

Says on the wall it was voted 4th best breakfast in Belfast, I disagree, it's definitely the best. Great choice, good for people with alergies, and great value.
