Speranza does a cheap lunchtime menu which serves a variety of Italian food. Prices from £5 to £7 for lunch and a drink and optional extras for a couple of £. Waitress was lovely it was busy but not overcrowded. We had a lovely, quick and cheap meal.

Drinks, cocktails good but food was really underwhelming. The calamari was tasteless and the supreme of chicken dry with what looked like microwaved sauce under it not even on it. There are now so many good places to eat in Belfast I would give this one a miss.

Been a few times, meals always consistent and staff attentive. There is nothing wrong with the food but I prefer the style of how villa Italia serve their meals. Just down to personal preference. Good deserts.

4 of us visited yesterday for lunch around 1pm - great menu selection, and good prices. Food was lovely and plentiful. But service was absolutely dreadful, especially as there were only about 6 other tables of customers. After our food arrived, the staff vanished!! Not once were we asked if we needed anything else, or if all was ok. After... More

Description
Speranza (open 7 days a week!) is one of the most renowned Italian restaurants in Belfast offering great food, great service in warm, comfortable surroundings that has seen it blossom from year to year. Established in 1983, the restaurant has become well-known for its first class food, partcularly its home-made pizzas that have literally been the talk of the town. It’s success has been evident as the restaurant has grown from a trendy 50 seat venue to what is today a thriving family orientated 200+ capacity restaurant. With a focus on fresh, local produce, Speranza has always been about the food and with a wide variety of dishes on offer, you can really experience Italian food, at its best.
