Had a delicious meal at the Ty Gwyn. Had a Salmon starter and a Ty Gwyn tower as the main. Both courses were the best food I have eaten in the 12 months since we were last at the Ty Gwyn. There aren't many places...More

Ty Gwyn is just outside Betws-y-Coed and our family thoroughly enjoyed dinner here recently. The food is tasty, service is efficient and the atmosphere very pleasant.

Called here for an evening meal and placed at a small, but adequate table, but with rather low chairs for the table height. Which made eating not too comfortable. Very extension menu to suite all tastes and at a reasonable price.

Very extensive menu prepared by the chef ( who I think is the owner ). Quality was excellent. The surrounds were charmingly old fashioned but comfortable. Plenty of room for all the family

We ate here twice as it was recommended by our b and b. The food was ok, large portions, and desserts excellent but like an earlier reviewer I had lamb wellington and the pastry was soggy and undercooked. On our second visit, we sat in...More
