Not many places open in holyhead on a Wednesday night, so had little choice with Raja's. However needn't of worried, we had a great curry. Service was attentive and efficient. Would visit again.

I was clean and efficient with attentive service although it was not very busy on a stormy midweek night

Beautiful place, delicious food, excellent service, very well-priced. A great find for a bite to eat before we caught the ferry to Ireland.

Nothing to be surprised at, the menu was as can be expected and the food tasted great. All the usual Indian dishes and Indian beer, served in a clean comfortable restaurant.

Although this restaurant was recommended to us, we can only assume by someone who had not eaten here for some time. The service and especially the food was dreadful. The waiter showed no real evidence of job satisfaction and was disinterested throughout. Pakora starter was inoffensive but completely tasteless. We ordered two different curries; both tasted like a sugar bowl... More

I dined here on Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Very welcoming staff, good pint of Cobra and accompanying dips for poppadums were fresh and very tasty. Great start. Onto mains and across the table everybody was happy (even those fussy enough to ask for amendments). My chicken naga chilli main was well balanced with heat and you could... More

A very friendly service (the proprietor is from Sylhet) is complemented by attractive decor and a superb menu: the choice is staggering with every known style of "Indian" cuisine represented. Try the prawn dhansak - a delicate blend of spices in the Persian tradition which is really tasty. Washed down with a pleasant White Zinfandel and accompanied by a garlic... More

Three popadums cost £3.55 and three pints of soda water cost £8.90. We did not look at the prices of the soft drinks and popadums as we did not think that the price would be so high. We ate in the cold restaurant. Took a while until we cook take off our jackets., food was not very good. Needed salt... More

It's about a five minute walk from the main shopping area of this harbour town. If you come by car, you'll find plenty of on-street parking and a large pay-and-display area immediately opposite. Some effort has been made to create an Indian theme with a matching set of framed prints depicting images from Hindu tradition neatly adorning the walls. There... More
