Dropped in for coffee 'n cake after a walk on the beach. Found a nice table outside in the bright sun but still chilly and ordered c 'n c for two. It all arrived quickly and was piping hot drinks and lovely cakes. Just the job to finish of a stroll on the lovely beach (check your tide table if... More

We stopped here for tea/coffee. As we had already eaten breakfast at our hotel, we reluctantly declined the delicious-looking cakes and gateaux. Friendly staff were attentive and the atmosphere would have suited lunch or evening dining. We would definitely consider returning for food.

We booked this because we liked the look of the menu. The staff were helpful though a little disorganised, bringing the wrong drinks several times. We were in a little separate area which was great because we were a bit noisy, playing sets of bells from our crackers and having an after dinner sing song. The food was incredibly good... More

A pleasant evening meal in warm friendly surroundings. The Boat house fish pie was hot and tasty and thoroughly enjoyed. Their steak and ale pie is always a winner. Staff were chatty, friendly and welcoming.

Had lunch with the family after a decent beach walk from Benllech. So it is a fab location and a very nice and welcoming restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient. However, I thought the food was expensive for what it was - the toasties were just very ordinary really but about £5.50 each. The seafood chowder was a pretty... More

Visited for their Christmas lunch menu with friends. After being told the food would be beautiful I was disappointed with my starter of goats cheese tart which was hard and overcooked. When the main course arrived it was beautifully presented and the turkey plentiful and cooked well. However my partner had lamb rump which was overcooked and was in contrast... More

Had our Christmas party lunch here today, what a great venue. The staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The food was fantastic, great vegetarian nut roast, and everyone is very complimentary about the experience. Thanks for making it such a great afternoon.

visited today for lunch, and had a light lunch of two starters mine seafood chowder with bread and my partners prawn and chorriso salad with garlic bread. Both meals good, though because i don't like cream in my food on reflection ordering this was a mistake on my behalf. Of its kind it was tasty and well cooked with good bread... More

Service was good and food was lovely, the gentleman waiting on gave excellent customer service ,however one young lady needs to smile at customers as part of my career is observing and training/assessing staff in the work place perhaps I tend to be more critical. I observed her seating people and handing out menus all without a smile..as she passed... More
