Called for fish and chips for the first time in many years in the hope that the standards were the same as in the past and were certainly not disappointed. Fish and chips as good as you can get anywhere. All served promptly and with a smile.

I used to come here when I was in college. Sausage and chips, then park in the harbour carpark over the road to eat them. First time back there after 20 years and the chips are just as awesome. VERY generous portions. Friendly and curteous service, the best battered beefburger I`ve ever tasted. And this was just the takeaway. There`s... More

I found the fish very greezy and also the fish...Not the best fish and chips in the area, worth going into the city for better quality and value.

Visited it again and I must say the food and service has improved, just wish they had bread and butter rather than rolls. The staff were very nice and polite.

We tried this for a fish and chip lunch and were disappointed. the chips were very greasy, and the fish was poor quality, a very thin fillet, and the batter wet and greasy too. we did not enjoy it and would never go again.

Great value for money, with excellent portions. Food was Nothing to much trouble for the staff as they will cook anything to order, basic chippy food but served with a smile. There is clean well equipped seated area inside or a car park opposite where you can sit on the wall enjoying your take out Fish and Chips while looking... More
