The food was very good a chicken Vindaloo very spicy, eat at your peril, and a lamb chilli Sambuca a dish cooked with a shot of Sambuca set in foil, a very pleasant dish possibly Jallfrazi hot. The staff were friendly, the only negative was the Naan bread was not what was ordered it had cheese on top which I found strange.The waiter did offer to change it, but by then the food was nearly finished. The rice and Bombay aloo were good. The drinks were normal price for an Indian restaurant, only 1 Indian beer on draft Cobra, but it was a good pint. The portions were very good. An enjoyable meal give it a try

Lovely night! Came for my mums birthday and it was a lovely evening! We were able to decorate and make it nice, the staff were attentive and friendly, all the Staff went the extra mile to ensure food was of a high standard and enjoyable, and especially when singing happy birthday and then gifting my mum a bottle of champagne!
Also a surprise of an ice cream each at the end with a mixture of sweets which my 2 and 1/2 year old loved! Excellent value for money. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect Indian cuisine, the service was excellent and so polite, the food came out very fast. The dishes were delicious and reasonably priced.
The waiters were very happy to serve us and even gave us a free popadom.
After the meal the plates were cleared away promptly and ice cream and oranges were provided free of charge, they also provided warm hand wipes to clean your hands down from the meal. Mints were provided with the bill for an added touch. The decor is nice and fresh.

Friendly welcome from Chowdhry.
Good choice of food. Quickly served. Good quality, freshly cooked and served hot.
Lovely touch at the end of the meal, giving complimentary ice cream, fruit and drink.

I have to be honest - I did not have high hopes for this place looking at the front of the restaurant, but oh how I was wrong! Had an amazing meal here, proper Midlands curry. Service was great - staff were very attentive, food was delicious and it’s amazing value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much for having us.

Excellent experience! This was our first time at Massalla Lounge & we had a lovely family meal. We arrived at 17.30 with hungry children, the service was quick & they served the food really fast which was so appreciated. The food was absolutely lovely. The staff made the kids feel really welcome. They provided lots of added extras which wowed the kids & we all really enjoyed.
Special shout out to Chowdhury who ensured we were well looked after.
We would definitely return as it was a great all round experience 10/10 for us.

We have had delivery food from Massalla Lounge many times, this was the first time we have eaten in and we have been blown away by the experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, recommendations were superb, food was incredible! Thank you all so much for a lovely evening.

I went to this restaurant about 10 years ago and remember it being an amazing experience with amazing food. I had a birthday here today, and the food and service was exactly as I remembered. This restaurant has stood the test of time and I'd thoroughly recommend it.
The prices are slightly higher but you won't begrudge the extra when you taste the food.
Try the home made pangash fish, you can thank me later :)

Having yet another amazing meal at this restaurant, I couldn’t recommend it any higher. The food was exceptional, the staff were awesome and catered for every palette. I would recommend the chocolate korma and despite the menu only showing a meat version, the chef rustled up a vegetarian version for me without issue.
Thank you all so much and will definitely be back again soon.

Walked in with no booking, sorted a table for us straight away. Ordered a variety of curries and rice dishes for the table to share, every plate of food was delicious and authentic, I really enjoyed it and can honestly say one of the top 5 curry houses I’ve been to throughout the U.K. nice setting, decent decor, waiters were excellent and I thought the price were reasonable. Will go again next time I’m in Worcester

I cannot rate this restaurant high enough for both food and service. The food is amazing, full of flavour, spiced to your requirements, good sized portions and really well presented.
The service was out of this world, we visited Friday night as it was our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday weekend and they made her night. They were all so welcoming and looked after her so very well especially the young waiter who looked after us, very well done young man 👏👏 complementary ice cream, orange slices and an array of sweets finished off our perfect evening.

We visited as a group of around 20 for a work night out and I’m afraid to say the service was shocking. Our drinks took almost an hour to arrive. Some of us had drinks and others had to wait even longer.
We arrived at 1930 and our meals didn’t arrive until 21.50.
My chicken curry had gristle in the meat.
Seemed to be lots of activity with online orders being fulfilled. Meanwhile our table was ignored.
We will not return and I would no longer recommend.

Chose this takeaway based on reviews. Disappointed. Worst Indian takeaway I've ever had. Tandoori chicken was dry and burnt and didn't come with salad and mint sauce. Curries were bland and the chicken dry. Can't believe this restaurant has good reviews. Everyone who has a bad experience should post review to forewarn others.

Food was amazing. Excellent service by Chowdhury. Food came out quickly despite it being very busy. We also received a free Baileys with ice cream and a tray of sweets for topping which was a lovely touch.

Visited with family for a birthday. The staff were attentive and very friendly with lots of conversation. They were patient when taking our order and told us when food would arrive (either as soon as cooked or all together). Whilst we had one main waiter, all staff worked together when serving and clearing plates which meant for a speedy service.
They were particularly attentive to the birthday boy providing him with a cake and a bottle of bubbly to take home.
Others have mentioned the fruit, ice cream and sweets that arrived after our meal. It is a lovely touch but I wonder if there is much food wastage? We’d eaten all of our delicious food prior to this and were completely full so probably didn’t make the most of it.
The place is much bigger in the inside than it looks from the outside - a quirk of buildings in Worcester.
All in all, it makes a lovely change to go out than ordering a takeaway and we had a lovely evening. My kids first experience of this type of food in a restaurant and they loved it.
