Visited just two of us for a lunch a few weeks ago - building lovely, tired but nice interior, can see why it's so busy in the evenings. Food was delicious - Texan BBQ burger one of the best I've had, pulled pork melted in the mouth, homemade crunchy coleslaw and light crispy but fluffy inside. Only downside was service... More

Went for a lunchtime drink and snack - menu changed so went for the Texan burger with BBQ pulled pork - burger was delicious and just fell apart - best burger I think I've ever had. New menu is very varied and will definately return to try something else off the menu.

One of my favourite bars. Nice open space lots of tables and seats. Gets very busy and popular. Saff are aways friendly and helpful. Prices are fair whwn you consider what the local bars in town charge and it's a good pint. Not dish washer taste like the local lloyds bar ! Not had food in there for God knows... More

We had a superb lunch of chilli, chips and garlic bread; and scampi and chips, and bread and butter all for £14, well worth the money.

A lovely place with a small outdoor seating area which we used. I had soup and a sandwich. The soup was pea, spring onion and mint and it was gorgeous. It comes with a half serving of a panini, for which I chose, beef, onion, gerkins, mustard mayo and cheese!! It was full of flavour and filling!! My husband had... More

Been going here for years but gone seriously downhill recently. On entering the bar last night people were sitting with their feet on seats! Why didn't the staff tell them to remove them? The bar looked generally grubby and every single upholstered seat was stained and filthy. Yuck! But that was nothing compared to the OVERWHELMING smell of urine in... More
