I could not fault this boutique hotel. Champagne on arrival, greeted by Burtie (the Manager) who showed us to our bedroom and carried our luggage. The room was amazing, lots of little touches to make the stay memorable. We hadn't booked a table in the restaurant but they managed to fit us in on a very busy night. Food was... More

Browns is probably the best located restaurant in Worcester - right by the river, just along from the Cathedral. You can watch the swans and rowers, and cyclists and strollers go by . Its great. Inside, the place is decorated in dark greys and blacks with lots of dark gothic furniture, and huge mirrors. It's kind of a cross between... More

Lovely atmosphere, nice to have round tables for groups. Friendly staff and shown to table by owner. Food was very good, only complaint was my husbands steak, that was rare rather than medium rare, but was rectified. Would visit again.

I ate here over the weekend for a family member's birthday, the food was really good (five spice duck a personal recommendation) and the staff were very friendly. This is now on my list of restaurants to return to in Worcester, highly recommended.

Browns is in a lovely location next to the river, and the internal decoration is also finished to a very high standard. There is more than one entrance from the outside, but not all are in use, and from the car park it can be a little confusing to find the way in, however once inside we were greeted with... More

Visited Browns on a Friday night with my wife and another couple for their birthday. The staff were superb and got a great tip haha. The combo to share is to die for which me and the wife shared, very filling though. The other 3 thoroughly enjoyed their meal but my burger was very bland so wouldn't recommend that. Overall... Share a chicken for 2 for £26 with loads of veg. Excellent food and service. Lots of choice. No kids' menu but cooked to order. Nothing too much trouble.
