Booked the voucher just a few days before a planned visit to Leeds. It was a cold and miserable day so the afternoon tea voucher for two was ideal. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Sandwiches and warm quiches were very tasty. We had fruit scones and tried a couple of the delicious cakes before taking what we couldn't... More

We arrived at lunchtime and the café is quite small so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table but it was worth it. Service was excellent and friendly. The afternoon tea for two was very good value and very enjoyable, to be honest there was more food than we needed for lunch but we finished it anyway. Would... More

We always wanted to go to Patisserie Valerie. Always being to busy. So finally we went to Leeds branch and from always seeing the beautiful cakes in the window had high expectations. Well we went in and found a table all quite close to each other. We thought it was a little small. We were given a menu and opted... More

This coffee _ cake shop is close to the Trinity, we have always come here since we moved to Leeds four years ago. But why? The staff are efficient, friendly, chatty , when they have time!! But the coffee has gone down_ while the price goes up. It's rarely hot enough, so l guess this is to encourage a quick... More

I enjoyed a cream tea here with my daughter and her friend. The scones had sultanas in (yay) and were warm. The jam was served in individual pots but we could have done with a little more cream as the pots of these were fairly small.

The staff (all 3 that were there on the day) are a nightmare. One is actually serving at a very slow pace and the rest are just present but don't seem to be doing something meaningful. After waiting for just over 10 minutes, I left as there was no point waiting any longer. If they don't care about their customers... More

My mum went there to get a cake for my brothers birthday. My brother can not eat a chocolate cake so when my mum came she clearly stated that to the sales assistant. She wanted a fruit cake with white sponge and a cream and there was one which was on top with lots of fruits and the sales assistant... More

The subject says it all. She made our visit absolutely terrible. No welcomes, defensive attitude and mumbles something and walks away when asked a question. Let's see how my complaint will be handled as there is only one person in patisserie holdings called Laura who handles the complains - biggest shock ever!
