Great venue, friendly helpful landlady. Good choice of local ales. Excellent young serving staff, the restaurant kitchen is small so they limit the tables to do food well. Recommended!

A lovely old country pub, very friendly staff & cosy atmosphere. Lovely views of the south Downs. The food is excellent & all local produce. After a day of long walks, this was the perfect place to relax & enjoy good food.

Met here with some friends for lunch and was not disappointed. The quality and choice of food was great, the staff were obliging, pleasant and enthusiastic and the view from the terrace amazing. A really great few hours.

Yes, my sister visit's occasionally, and she is restricted to a wheelchair, the George & Dragon get's full marks for restricted access in my view.
