What a fantastic experience. Having heard so much about Carters for so long, I finally booked a lunch with a friend, and we were ecstatic! The service is 100% on point. From start to finish, we were made to feel welcome, explained the concept, the...More

This is a small, contemporary restaurant in a pleasantly quiet row just off the busy High Street in Moseley. The food is fresh and challenging, much less rich (little or no butter in the coookery) than many of the more traditional fine dining restaurants, and...More

Brad and his team deliver stunning food every time. The food is inventive and creative but true to its roots of fabulous local and British ingredients. We have never been disappointed and always been amazed at what is placed in front if us. The snacks...More

Before I start I need to make it clear I’m not an expert on fine dining, this was my 3rd time trying a taster menu. I had a fabulous evening, nice ambience and lovely staff but for me it was overpriced, £19 for a glass...More

I visited Carters on Saturday with a friend and had the eight course menu. The food was amazing, each dish was so beautifully put together. The restaurant itself is very relaxed and the service was really friendly and welcoming - highly recommend Carters!

The food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more for my first Michelin experience. Carters, keep doing what you're doing:)

This is our local fine dining restaurant - only 5 minutes walk from home. It was only our second encounter with Michelin star quality cuisine and whilst it was a wonderful evening we left feeling we hadn't really been wowed by the experience. We opted...More

Went in hungry, came out hungry. We had the 8 course taster menu, the depth of flavour just didn't justify the tiny portions, 2-3 small mouthfuls per course. The converted shop had a feel of just that, nicely decorated, nice attention to detail but.... Only...More

What an experience! From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed with genuine warm smiling faces, everyone seemed passionate about their job and I feel this reflected in the atmosphere. Even though busy all the team stopped to have a chat or...More
