Headed here Tuesday lunchtime and had a great meal with family and friends. Steak was fantastic, and catered easily for gluten free member of the party.

Visiting Birmingham on business & fancying a steak, we stumbled across this place on Tripadvisor. Interesting menu, excellent, helpful, useful & very knowledgable service. The food was pretty good too. Shame we live 150 miles away.

Lovely little restaurant in a great location. Not too busy but still has an atmosphere. Food above average and the quality in meat is noticeable. Week day specials are definitely worth a try. Prices are fair and reasonable. Would I go back? Yes.

You’ll find Anderson’s Bar & Grill just off St Paul’s Square. The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere with exposed brick walls and arches. The menu is very well designed and offers everything you would expect from a high-quality grill. Service is attentive but not fussy...More

It’s a ‘smart casual’ type of place, but I’m sure jeans are fine. There was a mix of how people were dressed. Enjoy your meal. Can’t wait to go back!

Description
Situated on St Pauls Church square, Andersons Bar and Grill is found in the interesting surroundings of former 18th century cellars. However this restaurant is as far from a dingy basement bar as it is possible to be lush, sophisticated dcor brings light and space to the brick arched room, changing displays of art is displayed on the walls and theres a definite buzz to the atmosphere. With a dedication to providing great value food in a relaxed setting along with top quality service, Andersons Bar and Grill is already making its mark on the local dining scene. The food, sourced locally is of course hearty grill fayre but presented with a touch of class so even old favourites such as Barnsley chop or grilled plaice are actually rather special.
