Right on the canal and very old and quaint and the food is excellent. Good beer and wine also. You can sit outside and watch the boats come and go or sit in the restaurant area towards the back of the pub.

Decent food, facilities and friendly staff. Beer was good, quick service and not too expensive. Located by the canal so on a summer day it is a great place to be.

No sorry. Christmas Day we just open 12-2pm for drinks. Our staff need a well earned break that day.
