We arrived on spec, passing this place after a long day out and on our way home. We were made very welcome by a lovely Spanish lady. We sat and enjoyed drinks, at a very reasonable price (pub prices in a mid-market restaurant!) and then...More

My husband and I visited today and had a superb meal, generous portions and very tasty food. We can thoroughly recommend the “Tipperary Inn”for food and ambiance. We will certainly tell our friends to eat there and visit ourselves in the not too distant future.

Good food, friendly staff, but extremely busy. We had to wait an hour for our meal, there seemed to be a mix up with orders. Added to which we booked on line at late notice and they had no record of our booking.

As Peter Kay puts it the food I had was a taste sensation and perfectly cooked and was served by delightful staff all in a cosy setting. It made for the perfect place for an anniversary meal. Also had the perfect pint of Mad Goose.
