I've been to many Thai restaurants around the country and always compare the meals I have to the ones at this restaurant. I have never found better elsewhere. I eat here at least twice a month and have never been disappointed in the quality of food. The service is always accommodatiing and very friendly. The best Thai food ever.

we booked here under local recommendation - wish we hadn't. You do get the usual courteous welcome and service you would expect from such a place, but in terms of food, really very disappointing. Having been advised this was 'authentic', then we were looking forward to it. The restaurant itself advertises 'fresh and authentic'.... so, alarm bells already begin to... More

On our visit we chose 2 starters of which both from a box in the freezer and very tastless ! The main courses were bland and quite small portions. We won't be returning.

I went with my wife and daughter for an evening meal and had a wonderful evening. I had the spicy prawn soup which deserves its name as queen of soups. My daughter had the mixed starter which did seem to have one of every starter and was so tasty. Unusually I went for the cod in lemon for main which... More

Thai Kingdom has come under pressure from the arrival of a couple of new Thai restaurants in the centre of town but if you are prepared to go the extra yards to the Warwick Road( just past the island)you won't be disappointed. On my regular trips to the Bards home to visit my sister we have come to enjoy both... More

My husband and I visited the Thai Kingdom on Saturday 1st April. After a day at the races we were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled upon this place [ unfortunately]. We were seated quickly but waited for at least half an hour before a waitress took our order. When the food arrived it was cold, tasteless and certainly... More

I've visited this restaurant on many occasions and it always comes up trumps! Althought slightly out of the town centre this lovely little restaurant has been going for many years. It now has to contend with more Thai opposition in the town centre, which I'm sure they will be able to override. The cuisine is just divine, their salads are superb and their... More

I had been walking round Stratford-upon-Avon for most of the morning. Well starting and stopping to stare at all the lovely buildings, and the river views. I needed a rest and a break and popped in here for a light lunch. They had a Monday lunch special deal. I had a king prawn dish with fragrant rice and green tea,... More

Welcome to Thai Kingdom, the home of traditional Thai food in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. We are a family owned restaurant, established in 1992 centrally located, within minutes walk from the theatres. We pride ourselves on using fresh, authentic produce to create our popular Thai dishes. Our menu comprises of a wide variety of cuisine from all over Thailand. Whether you like coconut milk based curries from the south or Chinese influenced noodle dishes from the north, we are confident you will find something to suit your taste. Our private dining room is ideal for tour groups, parties, business functions, etc. Or why not book the whole restaurant for a very unique wedding reception! Our beautifully carved fruit and vegetables make stunning table decorations and we can organise Thai music or dancing to make your special day one to really remember! Please contact us to discuss your requirements, we will be happy to assist you in organising your perfect event. During the summer months we open our courtyard garden; a tranquil little oasis, tucked away from the hustle and busy of the town. Enjoy a cool iced Thai tea amongst the bamboos, vegetables and herbs, that our chefs tender too.
