We all really enjoyed our visit here. The style of food was new foe moat of us, two of the party had been before and recommended it. I wasn't impressed with my starter, the teriyaki tofu. Even with the sauce the flavour was too bland and i felt there was too much of it. However, I did try one of... More

Visited on a reasonable busy Sunday evening with my boyfriend. Ordered Pajeon and Gun-Mandu for starters. Both tasty. For main we had the self grill Deungsim-Gui and Osambulgogi with kimchee, steamed rice. Steak was tasteless so we wouldn't recommend it. However the pork and squid was yummy. Overall worth a visit.

A little off the beaten track but a great find! Although we went in restaurant week the normal menu was provided and also looked great! The staff were very welcoming although appeared to speak very little English. The food was all very fresh and packed with flavour. Some of the items you get to cook yourself at the table which... We went there on Sunday having booked it for Restaurant Week. One side one main and one starter plus a soft drink for £15 per person was fabulous food. All the starters were very tasty and there was enough for us to share each other's food. We decided to give the cook yourself food. quite an experience and the park... More

I wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. I like Korean food a lot so I wanted to give it a try. We ordered a menu for 2 that included self grilled BBQ (with chicken and beef, spinach and kimchi) and gyozas. The amount of food was good, really tasty and the gyozas were amazing! The waitress were... More

Having not eaten Korean food before, we were keen to try this place out. At first the signs were good - three of our party of four were impressed with the starters which were large portions and quite tasty. I was slightly underwhelmed with mine - deep fried teriyaki tofu which could have done with longer in the frier and... More

I've been meaning to try this place for ages and I'm glad that I now have. The food was tasty (we had bipimbap, a beef lunch box special and some pickled veg) and the place was spotlessly clean with friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay here! Food was really nice, especially the BBQ on the table. Just bear in mind that your clothes will smell like a frying pan after the visit. Some people complained in the reviews, because the waitresses weren't Korean. It's true, most of them were Chinese. But what's the problem?! Do you expect only Italian staff in... More

Our son had been here a couple of times and insisted we try it. We had chance to do so following an event in Newcastle and we are so glad we did! As you approach Mannaza you smell the delicious herbs, veg and seasonings and it smells divine inside. We had a variety of starters and they were all lovely.... More

Nice little Korean place. Little hard to find as it's of the beaten track. Great value lunch menu (I was stuffed and trust me I'm a ganit) like I said very authentic kimchi! Tried saying thanks in Korean but the girl said she was Chinese????
